Consultation for Adults or Children
During your consultation The Natural Nutritionist will review your medical
and surgical history, medication or supplement regimen, activity regimen,
diet history and typical diet, weight and height measurements, laboratory
tests, and any symptoms you may experience on an ongoing basis. At the
end of the consultation you will leave with a written summary of detailed
recommendations for dietary change, supplementation, laboratory testing,
recommended reading or additional resources, referrals to other holistic
providers, and other lifestyle changes as indicated. Natural Nutrition
Food Coaching for menu planning, recipe modifications, shopping education,
and dining out and travel may also be included during consultation.
Natural Nutrition Food Play may be part of pediatric consultations.

Metabolism Assessment
We all have a unique metabolic fingerprint, or the number of calories
our bodies burn at rest each day. Learn your metabolic rate with the
MedGem indirect calorimeter. This service includes MedGem Metabolic
Assessment, interpretation, and discussion of your resting metabolic
rate and a printout of your results.

Tanita body composition analyzer/scales provide detailed body composition
analysis – weight, impedance, body fat percentage, body mass index
(BMI), fat mass, fat-free mass and more. This service includes Tanita
Body Composition Analysis, interpretation, and a printout of your results.

or other local grocery store to help guide your selection of natural,
whole, and organic foods and natural products.
